➤ Financial & Investment Data:

We collect investment goals, income range, and risk profile to offer personalized advice and manage portfolios. For portfolio services, transaction and holdings data may also be accessed. This ensures recommendations are relevant and compliant.

➤ Quiz Data (Jiva Sutra):

Your quiz responses help us understand your behavioral traits as a trader. We use this to personalize strategies, learning material, and performance feedback. This data stays private and isn’t used outside your personalized experience.

➤ Learning Data (Gurukul):

When you take courses or attempt quizzes in Gurukul, we track your progress to personalize suggestions and track your growth. This data helps us improve content and provide certificates or completion summaries. It’s never shared without consent.

We require your financial profile to build compliant, SEBI-aligned strategies. Without this, personalized portfolio management would not be possible. The data also helps us manage risks and deliver relevant updates.

➤ To Power Behavioral Feedback (Jiva Sutra):

Your personality results help us identify behavioral biases that impact your trading. This information is used to send customized alerts, nudges, or learning tips. Over time, this builds emotional awareness and trading discipline.

➤ To Deliver Learning Tools (Gurukul):

➤ To Track and Reward Activity (Dhan Patra):

We need to track actions like logins, referrals, and purchases to assign and manage your Dhan Patra points. We also store redemption history for transparency. None of this data is shared or used for advertising.

➤ To Improve Tools & Indicators (Sanketak):

Your interaction with our custom indicators informs future versions and feature upgrades. This usage data is anonymous and limited to performance feedback and popularity tracking. We never pull your actual charts, portfolios, or trades.

➤ To Stay Compliant:

As a registered entity offering portfolio and financial services, we must collect and maintain certain data under SEBI and Indian laws. We ensure this is stored securely and used solely for compliance purposes.

➤ Encryption and Security Protocols:

All personal and financial data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We host our systems on secure platforms like AWS with hardened database setups. No sensitive data is stored in plain text.

➤ Access Restrictions:

Only select team members with verified roles can access sensitive data — and even then, only what’s relevant to their function. Access is logged, monitored, and reviewed regularly.

➤ Fraud and Misuse Prevention:

We track login patterns and account behavior to detect suspicious activity, especially where rewards or trading is concerned. If anything seems off, access may be paused for verification.

➤ No Ads. No Selling. No Third-Party Marketers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with advertisers or ad networks. Ever.

➤ Access and Correction:

You can request your data at any time and ask for corrections if something’s wrong. We respond to requests typically within 7 working days.

➤ Withdraw Consent or Delete Data:

You can ask us to delete your profile, quiz data, or learning history. Some financial data (e.g., portfolio history) may be retained for compliance even after deletion requests.

➤ Point Redemptions and Dhan Patra Balance:

You may also request a log of all point earnings, usage, and redemptions. If you delete your account, your Dhan Patra balance will also be purged.

➤ Personality & Learning Data:

Stored for 2 years unless deleted earlier by you.

➤ Portfolio & Trading Data:

Stored as long as you’re subscribed or legally required by SEBI — usually up to 8 years.

➤ Rewards Data (Dhan Patra):

Stored for as long as your account is active. After deactivation, point data is deleted within 30 days.

➤ Sanketak Usage Logs:

Aggregated logs for indicator usage are retained up to 12 months to track trends. No TradingView credentials are stored.

You can disable cookies, but some features might stop working properly. We never use third-party ad trackers.

➤ Not for Users Under 18:

Our products and services — including Sanganak, Dhan Prabandha, Gurukul, Jiva Sutra, Dhan Patra, and Sanketak — are designed and marketed exclusively for adults. Users must be 18 years or older to register or use any features of our platform.

This restriction is clearly mentioned in our Terms of Use, onboarding flow, and user agreements. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review this policy and ensure that minors do not access our services.
